Raiders-Broncos Monday Night injury report

September 23, 2013

Tonight's Monday Night game features a classic AFC West rivalry, although perhaps not as competitive a matchup as in years past, as the Oakland Raiders will be taking on the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium.

The Broncos (2-0), despite the absence of defensive stars Champ Bailey and Von Miller, are rolling on all cylinders thanks to a high-powered offense featuring future Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning and arguably the league's best receiving corps.

The Raiders (1-1), meanwhile, are in the midst of a rebuilding project with young and athletic Terrelle Pryor still learning on the job at quarterback.

Nevertheless, all is not rosy in Denver as offensive line injuries have raised concerns over the offense's ability to protect Manning in the pocket.  The latest bad news involved a season-ending foot injury to star left tackle Ryan Clady, the man responsible for protecting Manning's blind side.

For the Raiders to have any success, expect them to attack backup tackle Chris Clark repeatedly in an effort to put Manning on the ground.

Here is the latest injury report for both squads:
