Dodgers announce NLDS playoff roster

October 9, 2015

The Los Angeles Dodgers today announced their 25-man roster for the 2015 National League Division Series, with the most noteworthy development being the official inclusion of Yasiel Puig on the squad. The series begins tonight versus the New York Mets at Dodger Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 6:37 p.m. PT.

Puig has had hamstring troubles all season, and figures to be rusty, but the fact that he is on the roster shows that the Dodgers believe that he at least is healthy.

The Dodgers will carry 11 pitchers and 14 position players. The roster is as follows:

Pitchers (11)

LHP Brett Anderson
LHP Luis Avilan
RHP Pedro Baez
RHP Yimi Garcia
RHP Zack Greinke
RHP Chris Hatcher
LHP J.P. Howell

RHP Joel Peralta
LHP Alex Wood
